Year 3 have been investigating the soil as part of their science unit - rocks. They were able to look for living things, organic matter and objects that had never been alive.     

Year 1 have been exploring volume and capacity in maths this term. After creating sensible predictions, we used a small beaker to measure the capacity of different sized containers. Year 1 enjoyed recording their results in a table.

This afternoon, Year 6 took a trip downstairs to visit the ducklings in Reception. The children took turns holding and stroking the ducklings and we all agreed that they are incredibly cute!
