In Nursery we have been talking about foods that are healthy for us. We have been exploring different fruits and vegetables and have enjoyed feeling, smelling and tasting them. We have been using different words to describe the foods, such as sour, sweet, juicy and crunchy.
On Thursday this week, Reception class were invited to the newly refurbished library at Crawcrook to take part in an ‘Elmer’ themed workshop. We met Kyle who works at the library. He started by reading Elmer to us. We discovered that the story is 35 years old this year!
