We spent last week thinking about our school value "Respect" by considering how we can respect our local environment. Families were asked to consider ways to travel to school that were environmentally friendly, as well as reducing congestion around school.

Our children and families embraced the challenge, with one family even embarking on the journey from Crawcrook to Greenside each day with their child in nursery on a scooter!

Children were awarded house points and stars for their endeavours. On Wednesday, we celebrated our success by inviting all the children to "Bling their Bike to School" and there was definitely a lot of bling on display!
